Since arriving in Southwest Florida, I have been very fortunate. I have had the opportunity to work with Phelan Holdings, INC, the parent company of Pinchers Restaurants and Texas Tony’s Rib and Brewhouse. The family run business has been engrained in the Southwest Florida community for decades. With 19 years in the restaurant business and stores operating from Tampa to Key West, Phelan Holdings has enabled me to quickly establish very strong working relationships in the Southwest Florida real estate market and beyond.
My background has always involved the markets. For 17 years I ran a successful hedge fund as a day trader. I learned very quickly that in a market full of aggressive buyers and sellers, the prepared and disciplined investor could thrive. To be successful in the financial markets, an individual needs to assess the current conditions, formulate a game plan, execute efficiently, anticipate change, and adjust to market conditions. It is an effective methodology and the same approach used in the Southwest Florida real estate marketplace.
I am originally from Syracuse, NY and graduated with honors from Cornell University. I eventually met and married my better half while in Atlanta, GA. We have fallen in love with Southwest Florida and feel lucky to call Naples our home. We are also to have 3 great kids who all currently attend Pelican Marsh Elementary School.
